Hospice Haven is a warm, caring, personalized home-like environment with a compassionate clinical team that provides acute symptom management for terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice Haven has 6 private rooms with porch access. Some of the amenities of the Hospice Haven include a pull-out chair bed in each room for family and friends to sleep, a personalized menu, a family kitchen area, living room with fireplace, and a sun room. There is also access to the internet, Netflix, and Pandora. Adjacent to Hospice Haven is our outside walking path and garden area for patient and visitor use. In addition to acute symptom management, Hospice Haven is used for Respite Care.
